Republic of Ireland

Another 3,666 cases of coronavirus were reported in the Republic of Ireland on Tuesday, up from 5,634 Monday.

The total number of Covid-19 deaths in the Republic of Ireland since the outbreak began at 5,609 on November 17.

This figure, which needs to be revised, is updated weekly and includes “possible and possible deaths” linked to Covid-19.

There are 638 patients with Covid-19 in hospitals.

There are 130 patients with Covid-19 in intensive care units.
