Ontario reporting 43 deaths, almost 4,000 in hospital positive for COVID-19

Ontario reports 558 people in the ICU as a result of COVID-19 and 3,957 hospitalizations testing for COVID-19, according to a recent report released Saturday morning.

Of those hospitalized, 53 percent were admitted to COVID-19 and 47 percent were admitted for other reasons but tested. Of the ICU numbers, 78 percent were approved COVID-19 and 22 percent were approved for some reason but tested.
