Speaking at a press conference in Berlin with her Polish counterpart Mateusz Morawiecki, Angela Merkel said the EU should be united on Belarus’ “war” issues of immigration to Poland and the deployment of troops by Russia near its border with Ukraine.
“Any resentment against the Ukrainian government could come at a high price,” the Chancellor said, adding that removal should always be a good option.
