Kazakhstan stands for strengthening multilateral non-proliferation regimes

On November 24, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave a presentation on Kazakhstan’s key foreign policy issues on the proliferation and destruction of weapons, the international export control system, the prospects for Kazakhstan’s aviation industry and the global monitoring program. At the event Kazakhstan reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening international security as well as international co-operation regimes, including the MTCR.

Kazakhstan has a responsibility to adhere to the MTCR and seeks to become a full member of the international community to play a leading role in attempting to distribute weapons of mass destruction.
