Faith Stowers Seemingly Shades Stassi’s “White Privilege” After Book Release, Plus Get Details of Vanderpump Rules Alum’s New Show

Faith Stowers took to her Instagram Story on Thursday with a very telling message, seemingly in regard to Stassi Schroeder and her recently-released book, Off with My Head: The Definitive Basic B * tch Handbook to Surviving Rock Bottomwhich chronicles the moments that followed Stassi’s firing from Vanderpump Ruleswhich was prompted by her racist behavior against Faith.

As Stassi celebrated becoming a New York Times bestseller for a second time (the first being in 2019 after the release of her first book, Next Level Basic: The Definitive Basic Bitch Handbook), Faith shared a message about “white privilege” without naming anyone in particular.

“I think it’s a sad, sad time for our community when someone can use white privilege to try and destroy you and then use that same privilege to make money off of you,” Faith wrote on May 5.

As Pump Rules fans will recall, Stassi and Kristen Doute were fired in June 2020 after linking Faith, the series’ only Black cast member, to a series of crimes she did not commit.

In the years since she was last seen on Pump RulesFaith has appeared on The Challenge, Ex on the Beach, Final Reckoningand War of the Worlds 2. And soon, she’ll be making her debut as an executive producer.

According to Screen RantFaith is creating a new show centered around the life of Martez Malonethe Chicago-born CEO and founder of the streetwear brand YEKIM, with the help of Maria Menounos and Keven Undergaro.

In the upcoming series, Martez will be seen working out of his store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles as Faith highlights his black entrepreneurship in Hollywood.

During an interview with Forbes, Faith said Martez “took life into his own hands, and against all odds, he beat a system designed to oppress him. Martez rose above it all, as did I. As I step into my new role as creative director, I plan to help keep Martez at the top. “

Faith is also planning to work with former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on the “Say Their Name Reform Agenda Package,” which targets police brutality against minorities.
